Aldea Zama is the best neighborhood to stay in Tulum.

Here’s why: 

• Proximity to the beach – Aldea Zama is 1 mile from those gorgeous Tulum beaches.

• Proximity to town – Aldea Zama is also just a mile from Tulum town which has soooo much to offer – from amazing restaurants to cute shops and vendors.

• Safety – Tulum is a safe town overall but Aldea Zama maintains their own security team for the entire neighborhood and each condo complex has their own security guards. This is an extremely comforting factor for me and I know guests visiting it really appreciate it!

• Quality of the homes/condos – Aldea Zama is full of brand new, GORGEOUS homes.

With all that said, it will come as no surprise that all of my top recommendations for an Airbnb in Tulum are in Aldea Zama. 🙂
